Help me on ondavx590r android mp5 player

Hello

I have ONDA VX590R Android 2.1 mp5 player.

When I TRY TO update it with the image file I gor from ONDA.CN website , when it is starting it says

Please help me how to choose factory reset or update from SDCARD or format it. When I try to connect to PC is does not detect it due to the above problem. The player does not have D-PAD. It has only reset and power button.
