I have purchased a Disgo 8000 for my daughters birthday on Monday, and wanted to get it set up, but it won't even turn on. I have it plugged in, got a red light, turn it on I feel it start whilst holding it, then I get a front screen infoTEC but then nothing else, please, please can any one help me. Thank you in advance
