My ployer momo9 suddenly has no sound even i have full volume and whenever i play video in you tube(youtube app tubemate) or any video i have a black screen and has no audio. (Lately after this happen my audio and video watching is still good but when i start youtube and start watching i notice it have no audio plus black screen and all of my music files and video files is been affected has no sound and my downloaded video has black screen)
I tried to restart but still dont work i tried resetting the factory settings but it doesnt work i tried putting earphones but still the audio doesnt work T-T help me pls?????? Sorry for the bad sentences. try to help me pls :'(
