Help me please!?

Hi all,

My son his tablet has crashed, he was playing a game called roblox.
After it shutted down he tried to reboot, but this didn't work. It keeps hanging at the android logo. Now when i try to get to the android menu it shows me a downed android with a red sign, and there are the words "No command". Can someone please help me, my son is realy upset.

Try a factory reset.

If there are no instructions there specifically for your tablet, try some of the methods for other tablets. One of them will probably work and you won't hurt anything by trying.
