Help Me to Find My Tablet

Hello Everyone,

I want someone to help me to find hardware configuration such as processor, memory, speed etc., of my tablet.
Please refer to photos I attached for your kind refrence. And I noticed some specs (settings) on my tablet as below:

7" screen SoftwinerEvb MID
Front camera (only one front side)
Android Version 4.04
Baseband Version 1.5

Build number

INTERNAL STORAGE (shown two different)
total space 0.98GB and
total space 1.72GB

But on box it is printed as 4GB (please see photo), may be packed in wrong box?

The storage figures are probably correct for a 4GB system, that includes the space taken up by the Android OS. Good luck!

I have this same tablet. I have a problem though. My problem is that when I plug it into my computer it tells me to insert the disc that came with it. There was no disk. I have not had this problem with any of my families other tablets. Can someone tell me what to do do that I can upload stuff from my laptop to this device. Please help.

Did yours come with a disc to install it on your comp? Ive never known tablets to have to have these. Most you just plug in with USB and it auto installs.

No I dont have it rooted. Never had to do anything special to any of the other tablets we have so I had to look up what that even meant

Looks just like mine, box and all, received last month. Build number is 20121211, though. Mine came rooted.
As for specs, here is what is said about mine:

As for memory reported, the 4GB is split into system-used memory, "Internal storage" (0.98GB), and a psuedo-SD card (1.71GB), unfortunately labeled on this device also as "Internal Storage". Your real SD card ("TF card") is called "EXTSD".

I can confirm about power plug and two hours operation. (It supposedly only has a 2000mAhr battery, smaller than many smartphones.)

As for "upload stuff from my laptop to this device", try "wifi file transfer". I plugged in my first Android devices, but Wifi is so handy I never bother now.

I give up on this thing. Im just gonna re-sell it on Ebay. I tried to download several e-readers and it keep giving me an error saying "Error retrieving information from the server" This this is horrible.

Never had a problem with mine when connecting to laptop (running Windows 8) .. have you tried a backup and restore on the tablet? System settings, Backup and reset, factory data reset ...

I have almost the same one min is a 7" touch srceen five point touch but i have no idea who made it or if i can up date the system and the model says softwinerevb ver is 4.1.1 and i was wondering if you know anything about mine and if i can update to jellybean or something other then what i am running
