Help needed about apps

Hi, I have a google android 10 inch tablet and i have an applications questions.
First some apps like Aquarium live wallpaper install fine, appear in the Managing software (where I can uninstall it) but does not appear anywhere on the device. Is it a problem with the software or is there a way to start it somehow?

That is a live wallpaper. Long press on the desckop, select live wallpapers and you will see the app there.

When I long press on the desktop, I do not have (live) wallpapers, only wallpapers, then from that I have a choice of Gallery, Pictures and Wallpaper Gallery.
I have tried looking in those categories for it but with no luck.
