Hi everyone,
I am facing some connectivity problems with my Android tablet and could use some help troubleshooting. My tablet intermittently loses Wi-Fi connection; even when other devices remain connected. I have tried resetting the router and forgetting/reconnecting to the network; but the problem exist .
The tablet has difficulty pairing with my Bluetooth headphones. Sometimes it connects, but the audio quality is poor or it disconnects unexpectedly. When I connect the tablet to my computer via USB; it often isn't recognized. I have tried different cables and USB ports, but no luck. I've checked for software updates, but my tablet is up-to-date; so I wonder if it could be an issue with the current firmware version. I'm considering a factory reset as a last resort; but I'm worried about losing data. I hvae checked Android Tablet Troubleshooting Guide splunk documentation guide but still need help .
Are there any steps I can take before resorting to this? Has anyone experienced similar issues / have any advice on how to resolve these connectivity problems?
