Help needed with no power issue on Yarvik Luna 10c

Hello,
I am looking for help with a Yarvik 10c. I have 2 of them but one won't power on at all, been on charge for days using both chargers but nothing. I have searched the forum and tried suggestions like the Vol + and power button as well as the hard reset button on the side but nothing is working. Does anyone have any experience with this?

If there are no instructions there specifically for your tablet, try some of the methods for other tablets. One of them will probably work and you won't hurt anything by trying.
