Help Please! Im having a problem starting my Coby 8024!

Hey,My Coby 8024 loads until it gets to the black screen that says Android when loading then it goes no further. Can anyone tell me how I can fix this? I just got the tablet and don't want to lose my money.

Hi,

Unfortunately, you may have a "dead" unit. This happened to me and seems to be common for the 8024 model. I think they rushed this model to market. I suggest that you register it on the Coby site to make sure it's under the limited warranty and call the customer service group to see if they can help. They may recommend sending it back and if so, having it registered may cause them to send you a new one with no charge if they cannot help you. Good luck!
