I just bought my new epad..at first it turned on and show the menu,then when i turn it off the gree robot appeared and the green box and thats it, i think the unit just hung-up..i tried to charged it hoping that the only problem is its battery, but still it wont open.. wahat will I do..help me please

is there a reset switch somewhere. i know that on the zt-180 there is lettering and a small hole that requires a paperclip
