hello! im a newbie here, i have a superpad3 and it works pretty good but have some problems with it like many people do. i read in forums that the latest update takes care of most the problems! but when i follow the steps and format the card to fat32 and zip the file to pc then unzip it and download to sd card and put it in the pad and turn it on , it doesnt update just boots normally like the sd card isnt in there.i have tried many times and several sd cards to no avail.please help.....thank you:
