Help regarding 7 inch Chinese tablets..

I want to buy a cheap 7 Inches Chinese tablet. Presently we have Ainol Nova II and Ramose W17 available in my country. I would like to know which one is better? Do they support Google Play and Youtube? Can they be rooted? Some people are complaining about the quality.
I shall be much thankful for the help in advance.
