More details are required. We need to know exactly what you did to get you to this point.
For the record, there is a stock ROM for LiveSuite available on the Internet, but Coby frequently changed the hardware within the tablets. Thus it's very unlikely the LiveSuite ROM would fix the problem you're having. In fact, LiveSuite could cause greater problems.

One possible solution is to factory reset thru recovery.
