HELP - Tablet only Starts with Droid picture and wmt2.1.2_105

My son got an APAD for christmas and all we get is a picture of the green droid in the middle of the screen and "wmt2.1.2_105" in the bottom right corner. Worked fine for about an hour and then nothing. It came in a plain white box with MID on the side a a photo of the tablet on the front. Seller will not contact me back and cannot find a manufacturer name anywhere on the device.

Not sure the brand/model. Here are some photos:

where do you buy this Tablet PC,and what the kind of chip of it,may be i can find the firmware of it for you from Chinese Android Tablet PC forum and you can refresh it by yourself.
