help think i'm going deaf..

hi all i just bought a goclever terra 101 10". it's a 2x1w speaker and even with headphones on i can barely hear it. checking sites it says to 'upgrade' also the battery charged overnight and only lasted about an hour is something draining the battery and can i buy speakers for it. also it says no bluetooth. i'm waffling again. OR should i send this c..p back.
