Childs xmas present which he managed to forget pattern screen and locked it, but the g mail account never registered so we think only option is to try hard/external reset but not through settings/factory reset as cannot unlock screen to get into settings. We need help to do this quickly, its been out of action for 2 days now, he managed to lock it on the second day!! Not that brilliant at pc's, tablets, so on, so please dont be too technical break it down for me. Is there a default e-mail or password we could use that would allow us to get into it too??
