Help with file transfering

Hello,

I have the Pandigital Novel 9 inch e reader and I am running windows 7. When I connect it to the PC It shows that my device is charging. I do not get a pop up window asking me to install a driver, I do not see my device in my computer, and I am not sure what I am doing wrong or how i can transfer files to my PDN. Please help me!!!

I have the same problem. E-reader wouldn't connect w/ either my windows 7 or Vista (I forget which one at the moment).

for adding books, just put them on an SD card and import them. Takes all of a few seconds. I haven't hooked up my e-reader to the computer since the week I got it. Don't have to. ;-)
