Help with finding a replacement screen???

someone i know has a WM8650 Android Tablet PC.. Model No.: BLY-806. when he collected it from the post office after purchase, he opened up the box and the screen has got smashed so the touch no longer worked. i just wondered if anyone knew of where to get a replacement from?? either in ghana or uk??
