Help with Haipad G10

Hi Guys

Ive got a haipad G10, so far so good, but I cant connect it to my laptop to upload my photo's & vidoes. The USB is good, its just not finding my android. Also, how do I download apps (games, music etc)

Use an sd card to transfer the files to the computer and you download apps through the market or search how to sideload apps if your market won't work
