Help with Tablet "Maxwest Tab 70F"

Hello,

Im really new to Tablet's and now i ve got a problem with my new Tablet.

Im using a Maxwest Tab 70F

Android doesnt boot. If i start it theres just the Android start screen with the green guy and some information. Nothing else happens. It just stuck and does not boot.

-Android OS 2.2
-Kernel 2.6.32
-Build Number v1.2.3

My question know:

Whats the best way to make it working ?

Reinstall Android? ( is this possible? and how would it work )

got a maxwest tab-70f that was bricked and i fixed it with Universal Uberoid v9.7 WM8650 by HcH [www.HcH.net.tc]

and use option no 7

1. put a standard min sd card
2. open the program file call changer.exe
3. pick option 7 and follow instuctions
