:( help with tablet !!!

Hi everyone I recently bought a Nextbook Premium 9 from someone and they told me I had to "reset" it because they dont know the
lock pattern. I have tried to look on youtube and other forums but no help. How can I reset it or unlock so the pattern doesnt show again?
I cant sign in to my gmail either to unlock.

Try the Nextbook USA website. I found the Nextbook Premium 9 User Manual http://www.nextbookusa.com/pdfs/Premium9_Manual.pdf . The RESET instructions are on page 30. I'm not sure if the "reset" will clear the password. I don't see any firmware upgrades for the Premium 9 on the Nextbook USA website.
