help!!!! xbox emulator app wont down load

i have just purchased an app called "xbox emulator" i try to download but when i go back to the link it cant find the page in android market i am running 2.2 on a upad please reply if you have this app or know what the matter is or if you know were i can get he apk file.

Be Aware, Android Market pulled ALL emulators from download due to copyright violation notice. You would be wise to request a refund. There would be no authorized download site for Emulators. And, Google has stated they may remove emulators on devices which are registered with Android devices. This is to comply with the takedown order.
