Basically you select a file, then menu operate, copy then navigate to where you want it and select menu operate paste. Long presses work too. Long press a folder, select copy then navigate to the usb stick (its mounted in /mnt/usb_storage ). Then long press and tap paste. Turn on multi-select to select a whole bunch of files.
