Help!!!

I have the 7 " tablet and this morning it stopped responding to pressing the screen. I then restored factory settings in order to start again. Now all I have is a message - com.android.provision.DefaultActivity

I can reset the tablet but it only goes back to this message. Is there anything more I can do or have I got a fatal problem?

Got that sorted (above) but now my screen and pointer are misaligned, despite many reboots and attempts to align pointer abd screen. Any help please?
