lads I have the Archos7 here its great but it won't let me download apps

when I try download an app online it says the webpage can't be found and my applibs won't work

any hel is much appreciated

I'm not 2 sure pal its the 1 that came installed I'm nt a very technical person hence me being on here looking 4 help
