hi all! just joined in hopes of getting some help with my zt 180 tablet..

I have a 10" tablet model # ZT180102ASRTAO15S6 ( I THINK) I HADNT USED IT IN 2 YEARS AND WHEN I POWERED UP IT SAYS PREPARE ENTER MMC UPDATE MODE THEN LOWER SCREEN SAYS PRESS ENTER WHEN INSERT OTHER EXIT NO CARD INSERT CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS CUZ IM KINDA DUMB WHEN IT COMES TO THIS STUFF PLEASE AND THANK YOU!
