Need some help with my flare 2. It was working well until yesterday. It froze, then, when i shut it down and restarted it, it was stuck on loading screen. heres what i've tried. start button and volume + button but it didn't bring up sub menu to reset to factory. what am i doing wrong? i ve been using android products for some time now. never had a problem like this.
