Hi Everyone! Android Newbie Needs Help!!

I bought a cheap Chinese 7" Android 2.3 Infotmic MID Tablet PC and ii does not work. It is fully charged and only boots up to the words ANDROID on the screen and does not go any further. I tried to reset it and tried all combinations of the buttons but it does not move. I do not know what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
