Hisense sero 7 pro charging problem

so I recently plugedd in my tablet and it had problems charging the lightning bolt on the battery icon would appear then go away.
I unplugged the USB from the plug that goes in the wall but that didn't help how can I fix this or what's the problem?
Don't mind the shoes.

Try charging it off of a PC and see if that helps. (The flip-flops are a sign that summer has officially started, I guess.)

Switching outlets fixed it.
