The following replacement launchers work on the VTAB.

• Launcher Pro - I use the paid version
• Zeam - I could not see it in the market, but you can get it at XDA
• VTL.Launcher - a paid app based on ADW
• Go Launcher EX - as reported in this thread. Read the thread for install info.

Not working:

• ADW Launcher EX - installs fine, but when I try to go to settings it force closes. I have sent the logs to the developer.

Has anyone tried any other launchers? What is your feedback?

Launcher pro free version for me set up like my phone.

I just installed Go Launcher EX and it works very well on the VTAB. It's not in the market, you can get from here. I installed V2.5.3.

All the above mentioned home launchers are in the market for me except that zeam launcher. All work good except adw forcecloses when you go to settings. Imho launcher pro works best, however to get the most out of it you need the paid version. But all in all any will do.
