Honeycomb - Save to SD Card

I have a toshiba thirve and when I set an app like Dolphin (web browser) to save Cache to SD Card or bookmarks to SD card it doesn't work. I installed WSOP (Poker game) and it had to d/l some extra's and asked me if it wanted to save internal or SD Card. Again nothing saves to the SD Card. I am just curious if this is a honeycomb issue or a toshiba thrive issue.

this may be due to your setting problem or maybe there is an issue.
