How add archos arnova to android market?

Hi, I have a google nexus S smarthphone with android market, how can add a tablet arnova 10 g2 to my account? I've already installed the android market in the tablet and when start, show this message: "You must add an account to the device to continue. Do you want to add one now?" but when I touch "yes" don't do nothing :-(.Help please
