how can i reset my superpad v10

I have a superpad v10 and I can not get it to reset back to factory settings.
I have tried to uninstall some applications but when every I switch it off the applications come back. And any new ones I have installed have gone. It will not retain any new data.
Can anyone help.

Did you use Settings>Privacy?

Hi Sparky.
I had the same problem with an ebook reader some time ago. search under settings, where there appears something saying "English" within all the chinese signs; that is language setting. Touch there.
that's how I could reset language.

My SuperPad V10 wouldn't start after the 1st session....I found a wee hole near the earphone port with a PIN icon of sorts and poked inside with a flattened paper staple ...reset itself and has since behaved. It retained the apps I installed on it also !. The little booklet/manual ???, is a disgusting disgrace and totally useless !
