How do I backup My CM7 Bootable SD Image?

I finally have all my Nook progtams running with all of my Apps and data, it seems stable. Before I screw it up How can I make an image of the card to back up with win32image?

Use clockwork recovery to back up your rom or use My Backup Pro to make a complete backup that you can restore (apps + data). I use titanium backup for a complete b/u of all my apps but when I have a setup I like, I use My Backup Pro to do a dated backup of all apps and data and always use CWR to backup the rom.
