How do I connect to wifi network with user login and also USB Problem

Hi,

I have a Apad Rockchip (red led). I work in a college that offers a free wifi but I can't connect because I don't get acess to the authentication page....

How do I do it????? HELP!!!

Also, I can't get my adap to do anything when I try to connect a USB stick to it... tried different ones.... I also activated the USB in the menu... .
