I am sooo Lost! I am no Dev, but I have always thought of my self as fairly computer savvy. However every sense I bought my samsung And Pad I have felt less than savvy. I heard awhile back that there was a f/w update for my pad. I contacted the company tat sold me the unit and they sent me a file that I have yet to be able to apply to my Pad. Once I get it transferred it shows as a compressed file but There are no programs currently installed on my tab that will open it. What do I do!!!
