how do i get flash player on android 4.0

i cant seem to download flash player from anywhere, i download something then cannot open file... how can i do this.. someone please help...

Hi Sheena77. Flash is no longer supported for Android. However, if you download the Dolphin Browser from Google Play and it's Media Player plugin you can play flash on your Device. Here are the links to make it easier for you.
