How Do I Make an Backup Image to my PC of my Asus EeePad.

I'm very used to saving Backup Image on my PC using Win7 ImageRecovery or Norton Ghost...but being only 2 weeks new with Android OS I'm on a learning curve.
I know there is a Save To MyCloud, but I would like to do an Android Backup to my PC.

Any helpful input welcome.

I'm not familiar with your tablet, all I can tell you is what I do to back my Nook up to my PC. Using ClockworkMod ROM Manager, I create a backup image on an SD card and then I back that up to my PC. Hope that's of some help.
