How do I move documents to internal memory?

My sd is full but I have loads of space in the galaxy internal memory - why can I not move files to the memory?

I can create folders but get error messages when trying to move office documents and pictures to these folders...

What am I doing wrong?

i would 100% know how to do but i cannot pry the tablet out of my kids hands right now (nice huh) but i would download estrongs file explorer and that should let you do it. there might be a way with the included file explorer but not 100% sure.
