How do I reset my novo 7 paladin from chineese to english

I have a novo 7 paladin and tried to put pdf files on it which apparently didn't work. So, on contacting the supplier they said do a factory reset. I did this and now everything is in Chineese. can anyone guide me through resetting into English please?

Assuming you are running Android 4 you have to do as follows:

Go to settings (press the date in the lower right corner and select settings).

Select settings again (the last menu point)

Select language & input (the icon with an A)

Select the first menu point

Select English

Thank you - i reset the machine to get rig of the gmail account but everything was reset

I have the same problem but I am having a hard time understanding the steps you posted.
1. My tablet is still in Chinese so I really don't know which is the 'SETTINGS.'
2 I could not find the A icon no matter what icon i am pressing.
Can you please post a little more detailed one. I am new to Android so please help me. Thanks a lot!

Since you don't understand the language, you have to follow the signs. You have to tap on menu,it's a sign with few vertical lines usually on the bottom of your Tablet. Then you look for the setting sign, it's like the blue round sign in my pic.Tap on setting and you'll have a list like in my picture, tap on language & keyboard,try to tecognize it on your Tablet from the sign next to the words. Tap on that and then tap on the first word on next list that means- select language- and hopefully English will be in English, so you can select that.

Thankyou, i have 2.3 but after resetting it to find the 3G app it went all chinese, back to English thanks to you.
