I can see that Download Manager is installed on my Vizio tablet but I want it to run.
I couple weeks ago I mistakenly deleted Download Manager from Running Services to save memory and now I cannot download pictures or anything sent to me. I get a message "Download failed." I can see that it is installed on my tablet but cannot figure out a way to enable/run it.
I think I also cancelled the Goolge talk since I didn't know what that was but not sure if that is affecting my system.
Please help.
