how do I tether blackberry tour to Craig CVS andriod tablet

Just bought a tablet and like to figure this:
how do I tether blackberry tour to Craig CVS andriod tablet.

Also is there a way I can format this andriod and replace it solely with ubuntu instead of having it on top of andriod?
If I do this will my blackberry be able to tether with it as it works on my laptop with unbuntu.
