How do you set up the tablet pc to be recognized by a pc?

Hi Everyone,

Can you tell me how to set up my tablet pc so it's recognized by my laptop pc?

I thought by simply plugging in a usb cable it would be seen as an external drive but all I saw was the driver being installed and no external drive.

I'm using Windows7.

What type of Tablet. Make sure to check on your device that you are selecting "Mount as USB"

This should be an option if you look at your Notifications on the tablet.
