How do you switch between open apps in the 7022?

I somehow can't figure out how to switch between apps on the Coby MID 7022. Long pressing the "home" icon in the top right of the screen does not work. Nor does long pressing the round silver button. What's the right way to do it?

Are you sure you have the 7022? It has no home icon on the screen. You need to press and hold the physical home button,which will bring up open apps.
