How does preorder work with tigerdirect?

Hi guys I want to preorder asus transformer prime. When I check out from tigerdirect website would it take out money from the bank? Or do they take out money from my bank before it ships?

What I mean just to make it more clearer. If I order right now I know it's out of stock would they take out money right now? Or will they charge me once the item is ready to ship out?
