How to Back Up Stock Acer Iconia A210 (JellyBean 4.1.1) Stock ROM

Hello,

I'm developing a custom tablet application, which uses 'surelock'.

I need to Root my AcerIconia A210 Tablet, to properly disable the 'bottom bar' which has been giving me much grief.


Here is my question:

How can I backup the stock rom JellyBean 4.1.1, so I can properly root the tablet?

I'm also looking to have the ability to RESTORE the stock rom, and UNROOT the tablet.


How can this be done?


I'm aware of Titanium Backup, and the PRO version, as well as Clockwork Mod/Recovery, and I also found Acer Recovery Installer (http://goo.gl/bSYht8)
