How to configure a internet connection on sylvania tablet via usb 3g modem?

HELLO FOLKS!
It´s me again.
I have one SYNET7LP with android version DG2.20.
Have also a 3G USB modem from a local (Brazil) mobile operator. (MODEM HUAWEI E1553
I´ve tried to connect to the internet via the USB port but it was not possible.
I see that the USB modem have a "dialer" and the drivers inside that, if I connect to a regular computer, it installs some drivers.
I´d like to know if you have any application like that, and if its possible to connect a modem directly to a Android OS.
