How to create folders in Kindle app??

I have a ASUS Transformer tablet which I have installed the Kindle app. I love the convenience, however I would like to be able to organize the books into folders.

I have tried and tried, but cannot seem to figure it out.

Is this possible at this time with the current application available?

I know this is for the PC but maybe it would be something that will help you out. The Kindle Collection Manager. The Windows app for your Kindle
