How to Delete Videos from my tablet?

I have a WonderMedia Android 7" Tablet UMPC M009 and it woks good, I need to know if there is way to delete Videos from my SD card inside the table.
I know I can delete them taking it out and do it on the pc.
And
How can I Set up the Calendar feature?

Use the built in file browser or download Astro from the market. Navigate to the folder containing your videos and long press it and delete.

It asks for an e mail exchange.... I tried 3 different ones, but It won't take any.
Advice, plz???

Is it a built in calendar on yout tablet? Give Jorte a try. It's free and has multiple widgets.

Now...

I place my Memory Card from my Cellphone into my TABLET.... and the photo -program Read the Card for a few seconds BUT then "IT Convert ALL My pix into a Directory call " LOST.DIR"
I can see my pix in the Tablet... but ONly 1 by 1, they are now like "hidden" behind this directory.
And when I place the M.Card into my cell, again... I Can NOT read it.../// It show me th "LOST.DIR" file.... but it won't open the pix...
How Can I "Retrieve" my pix from this directory?

When removing cards from a device, you must first "Unmount" it. Failure to do so will cause the files to be damaged.

What exactly files did you delete and want to recover? If you move stuff from your homescreen to the trash can, it doesn't delete the files, it just removes it from the screen. If you want to place something on the screen as a shortcut, just long press and click shortcuts or widgets and choose whatever you want to put on the screen.

As far as video chat programs, you can try Google Talk which should come installed.
You can also try Skype, Yahoo Messenger, Qik and Fring.
