Desktop Visualizer works flawlessly on your Gingerbread/Honeycomb Tab for replacing the stock icons on your home screens
or in conjunction with Folder Organizer
First you place the widgets from your app drawer onto your homescreen
or in conjunction with Folder Organizer
First you place the widgets from your app drawer onto your homescreen
Organize them how you like
Now when you select an icon you will be brought to the settings page for the widget that you selected
You will be able to choose a custom icon, the action it makes ie: open application or folder the highlight color and a few other options
Here are the final results
Here are a few icon packs I've found along the way
Manups Simple Words I
Manups Simple Words II
Simple Set (unknown Creator)
The last file has the PS Template so you can make your own icons in Photoshop, and a transparent icon which I used numerous times on my homescreen to let the actual wallpaper become part of the user experience
This application is very user friendly and best of all, it's free
